Album Notes & Community Reviews

Following the confrontational darkness of her previous album, 'Excerpts From a Love Circus' is a more subdued but no less melancholic affair. The record is a beautiful and surreal journey through nocturnal soundscapes, blending the hazy textures of dream pop with the patient sadness of slowcore and her unique, introspective songwriting. It's a dark, lonely, and deeply pessimistic work from a true original.
