Album Notes & Community Reviews

Moving further away from the jangle pop of his days with The Commotions, the British songwriter fully embraced lush, string-laden baroque pop arrangements. The sophisticated, adult-contemporary sound perfectly complements his literary, deeply melancholic narratives.
