Album Notes & Community Reviews
Deeply entrenched in the sophisticated sounds of mid-eighties Brazilian pop, 'Sonho real' finds the Clube da Esquina veteran exploring lush, synthesized arrangements. The album incorporates elements of slick progressive pop and yacht rock while maintaining his distinctively melancholic and melodic songwriting style. It represents a smooth, modern evolution of his celebrated acoustic roots.
