Album Notes & Community Reviews

Funded entirely by the band members themselves, this breakout debut masterfully combines complex, polyrhythmic percussion with sweeping, three-part vocal harmonies. The tracks feel incredibly organic and communal, evoking the sunny, breezy aesthetics of southern California indie-pop while maintaining impressive technical musicianship. It was a massive commercial success that perfectly captured the joyous, festival-ready indie-rock sound of the late 2000s.
