Album Notes & Community Reviews

Produced by Greg Landau, the Veracruz group's second album places the son jarocho string band of jarana, requinto and leona alongside a guest vocal from Lila Downs on 'La Herlinda'. The group had founded the Centro de Documentaci贸n del Son Jarocho in J谩ltipan to teach the tradition, and its first album's music had reached international ears through the film Frida.
