Album Notes & Community Reviews

The group's third album earned a Grammy nomination for Best Regional Mexican Music Album, a first for a son jarocho band working outside the commercial regional Mexican circuits. Produced again by Greg Landau, its title track became the signature song of a repertoire built on jarana strumming, zapateado footwork and call and response singing.
