Album Notes & Community Reviews

Divided between an acoustic live side and a full-band studio side, 'Unrequited' is a starkly honest examination of Loudon Wainwright III's failing marriage to Kate McGarrigle. The album contrasts deeply melancholic, depressive contemporary folk with darkly humorous, bitter storytelling.
