Album Notes & Community Reviews

Originally composed in the mid-1980s, this colossal 2007 archival release captures Luigi Nono's masterpiece of spatial music. 'Prometeo' completely abandons visual staging, instead utilizing a massive array of choirs, orchestras, and live electronics strategically positioned around the audience to construct an incredibly immersive, atonal acoustic tragedy.
