Album Notes & Community Reviews
Lynyrd Skynyrd's first Christmas album, 'Christmas Time Again' applies the band's Southern Rock framework to seasonal material, pairing standards including 'Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer', 'Santa Claus Is Coming to Town' and 'Greensleeves' with original songs such as the title track, 'Mama's Song' and 'Skynyrd Family'. The eleven-track set was the last Skynyrd album to feature bassist Leon Wilkeson, who died the following year.
