Fantasy

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Deliberately turning away from the polished stadium pop of previous releases, Anthony Gonzalez returns to a more sprawling, instrumental-heavy approach for 'Fantasy'. The record emphasizes massive walls of shoegaze guitar, analog synthesizers, and heavily processed vocal arrangements that prioritize texture over immediate hooks. It aims to recapture the raw, nostalgic grandeur of his earliest work.
