Album Notes & Community Reviews
The Guatemalan-born cellist and composer expands her ethereal, avant-pop sound by incorporating harsh, screeching dissonance and free-jazz improvisation into her arrangements. The resulting tracks balance her delicate, soothing vocal melodies with unpredictable, abrasive cello manipulations and erratic synthesizer noise, creating a profoundly mysterious atmosphere.
