Relocating to an abandoned juice factory in Veracruz, Mexico during the pandemic, the Guatemalan cellist constructed an incredibly immersive, deeply soothing avant-pop record. She heavily manipulated her cello through synthesizers and tape loops, layering field recordings of the surrounding nature with her soft, ethereal vocals. The deeply meditative project garnered international praise for its seamlessly organic blend of classical instrumentation and electronic drone.
