Album Notes & Community Reviews

Boasting a pristine blend of progressive rock grandiosity and accessible pop sensibilities, this release scored the band a massive international hit with their synthesis-heavy cover of Bruce Springsteen's 'Blinded by the Light'. The album features a new vocal anchor in Chris Thompson, whose voice perfectly complemented Manfred Mann's soaring Moog keyboard lines. It stands as the definitive commercial peak of the group's long-running career.
