Album Notes & Community Reviews
Setting the stage for their intensely theatrical, hyper-masculine career, Manowar's debut is a ridiculously epic, gloriously boastful declaration of true heavy metal faith. Featuring narration by Orson Welles and thundering, bass-heavy grooves, 'Battle Hymns' delivers highly energetic, unapologetically triumphant power metal anthems about war and rebellion.
