Album Notes & Community Reviews

Showcasing her dramatic, highly emotive vocal delivery within a remarkably lush pop framework, 'Mel' cemented Maria Beth芒nia's status as a Brazilian superstar. The album heavily integrates romantic adult contemporary orchestrations with the sophisticated rhythmic sensibilities of MPB. It stands as a deeply sentimental, commercially dominant milestone in her legendary career.
