Album Notes & Community Reviews

Produced by Daniel Lanois and featuring material explicitly written for her by Roger Waters and Elton John, 'Vagabond Ways' marked a significant critical resurgence for Marianne Faithfull[cite: 1]. Her distinctively weathered, gravelly vocals perfectly navigate the album's mature, frequently sorrowful interpretations of cabaret-style art pop and contemporary folk songwriting[cite: 1].
