Album Notes & Community Reviews

Arriving near the commercial zenith of Britpop, the Manchester quintet offers a noticeably darker, more frantic take on the genre. The debut heavily recalls the jangly angst of The Smiths while integrating soaring, deeply melancholic melodies and subtle glam rock bombast.
