Dedicated to the memory of former collaborator Amy Winehouse, the star producer crafts an immaculate, glittering homage to the funk and R&B of the late 1970s and early 1980s. Boasting lyrical contributions from novelist Michael Chabon and vocal features from Stevie Wonder and Kevin Parker, it is a masterclass in retro-pop pastiche. It notably spawned 'Uptown Funk', one of the most successful and ubiquitous hit singles of the decade.
