Album Notes & Community Reviews

The primary songwriter of Depeche Mode delivers his second collection of solo cover songs, dramatically reimagining tracks by artists ranging from Nick Cave to David Essex. The production is steeped in icy, minimalist synthesizer textures and glitchy electronic beats, allowing his distinctively emotive, vibrato-heavy tenor to take center stage. The interpretations transform familiar compositions into tense, nocturnal electronic meditations.
