Album Notes & Community Reviews

The instrumental half of the legendary Suicide duo, Martin Rev delivers a fascinatingly strange, deeply nostalgic solo record with 'See Me Ridin''. The album relies almost entirely on primitive, highly repetitive drum-machine presets and cheesy synthesizer melodies explicitly modeled after 1950s doo-wop and bubblegum pop. It is a wildly quirky, deeply hypnotic subversion of classic American pop forms.
