Album Notes & Community Reviews
Bennett's Celtic electronica folds Scottish traditional material into digital, sample-heavy production, its ancestral sources set against futuristic, kinetic rhythmic design. 'Hallaig' is built around a sample of Sorley MacLean reading his own poem, the Gaelic elegy for a cleared Highland township.
