Album Notes & Community Reviews

The virtuosic guitarist and composer reconvenes her acclaimed Amaryllis sextet, further integrating complex, polyphonic arrangements with her signature angular, pitch-shifted improvisation. The material playfully subverts traditional chamber jazz expectations, constantly shifting between tightly composed melodic counterpoint and bursts of chaotic free expression.
