Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Italian ensemble crafted a uniquely tense, highly literary iteration of post-rock, driven entirely by Emidio Clementi's commanding spoken-word delivery. The incredibly tight, dynamic instrumental interplay builds dramatic, anxious soundscapes around his poetic vignettes of urban alienation and existential dread. It remains a critically revered milestone of 1990s Italian alternative music.
