MA_DOOM: Son of Yvonne

Album Notes & Community Reviews

The legendary Brooklyn wordsmith brilliantly constructs an entirely new conceptual narrative utilizing only pre-existing instrumental beats extracted from MF DOOM's 'Special Herbs' instrumental series. Thematically dedicated to his late mother, Ace's incredibly sharp, storytelling-focused lyricism navigates tales of his youth and his extensive journey through the music industry. The project acts as a profound testament to his enduring skill as one of hip-hop's most compelling narrative voices.
