Farewell to All We Know
by Matt Elliott
The former Third Eye Foundation electronic artist continues his long-running evolution into a purveyor of devastatingly bleak, acoustic folk. The record is incredibly stark, pairing his deep, mournful baritone with classical Spanish guitar and subtle piano arrangements. It functions as a deeply pessimistic, existential reflection on aging, the inevitability of loss, and societal collapse.
