Album Notes & Community Reviews

On 'Risk', Megadeth takes a highly polarizing pivot away from thrash metal toward a polished, radio-friendly alternative rock and hard rock sound. The album focuses heavily on melodic hooks and anthemic choruses, exploring surprisingly eclectic and introspective territory.
