Album Notes & Community Reviews

Standing as the subdued middle chapter of an ambitious album trilogy, 'The Bootlicker' completely eschews the trio's trademark heavy distortion. Instead, the experimental rockers rely on peculiar, clean guitar tones, tribal percussion loops, and bizarre, quiet eccentricity to build a deeply unsettling atmosphere.
