Album Notes & Community Reviews

Following their massive global breakthrough, the Canadian synth-pop group delivers a polished and highly melodic sophomore effort. 'Folk of the '80s (Part III)' continues their use of buoyant, bouncing synthesizers and Ivan Doroschuk's distinctive, booming baritone vocals. While it failed to match the dizzying heights of 'The Safety Dance', it remains a solidly crafted slice of 1980s electronic pop.
