Album Notes & Community Reviews

Formed from the remnants of the highly influential band Surfin' Bichos, the Spanish indie-pop group Mercromina delivers a remarkably assured debut with 'Acrobacia'. The album perfectly balances highly melodic, slightly melancholic pop hooks with a gently distorted, distinctly 90s alternative rock edge. Released through Subterfuge Records, it remains a heavily celebrated classic of the flourishing Spanish independent music scene.
