Album Notes & Community Reviews
Featuring a formidable ensemble that includes Carla Bley, Larry Coryell, and Tony Williams, this album serves as a cinematic exploration of avant-garde fusion. 'Movies' eschews traditional song structures for intense, angular compositions that feel both highly composed and dangerously spontaneous.
