Album Notes & Community Reviews

For his second solo outing post-Doobie Brothers, the celebrated blue-eyed soul vocalist leaned heavily into the synthesized drum programming and digital keyboards defining mid-80s AOR. Co-produced with Ted Templeman, the album frames his unmistakable, husky baritone within highly polished, radio-oriented pop-rock arrangements.
