Album Notes & Community Reviews

The collaborative project 'BLACK ASS KUNG FU FLICK' channels the rebellious spirit of blaxploitation cinema through a fusion of hard-hitting, cinematic production and martial arts film influences. GreenSLLIME鈥檚 immersive, soulful, and jazz-inflected soundscapes provide the foundation for Mick Jenkins' sharp and spiritually grounded lyricism. The album weaves together themes of social commentary, cultural pride, and resistance to systemic corruption, creating a confrontational narrative rooted in Black imagination.
