Album Notes & Community Reviews

Stepping slightly away from the highly conceptual frameworks of his past, the Chicago MC delivers a remarkably direct and energetic set on 'The Patience'. The album balances jazz-inflected boom-bap production with harder-hitting, trap-adjacent beats, showcasing Jenkins' highly technical rhyme schemes. It serves as a triumphant reflection on his independence within the music industry and his enduring lyrical prowess.
