Album Notes & Community Reviews

The debut solo outing from the Beach Boys frontman is characterized by its glossy, adult contemporary production and reliance on studio session musicians. Heavily criticized upon release for its overly polished yacht rock aesthetic and uninspired song selections, the project stands as a notorious curiosity within the extended Beach Boys catalog[cite: 1].
