Trio

Album Notes & Community Reviews

An incredibly rare and revered artifact of the British modern jazz scene, 'Trio' highlights the eccentric, highly advanced compositional genius of pianist Mike Taylor. The trio navigates jagged, rhythmically complex post-bop originals that blend deep romanticism with profound, restless tension. Taylor's tragic, premature passing shortly after this release cemented the record's legendary status among European jazz aficionados.
