Album Notes & Community Reviews

Vibraphonist Milt Jackson steps outside the Modern Jazz Quartet to collaborate with guitar virtuoso Wes Montgomery for this Riverside Records date. Supported by a stellar rhythm section featuring Wynton Kelly and Philly Joe Jones, the session is a relaxed, deeply swinging masterclass in the blues and bebop tradition.
