Album Notes & Community Reviews

As one of the first full-length statements from the influential Israeli expatriate group, 'One by One' explores themes of alienation through stark, hypnotic arrangements. Relocated to Europe and embraced by the Crammed Discs label, the band infused their desolate post-punk with subtle Middle Eastern melodic sensibilities. The resulting atmosphere is notably cold, rhythmic, and politically charged.
