Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Baltimore-based extreme metal veterans significantly expand their grinding, hyper-aggressive sound to include remarkably complex, highly technical death metal song structures. 'The Killing Gods' perfectly balances terrifyingly fast blast beats with surprisingly melodic, heavily down-tuned guitar leads and fiercely anti-authoritarian lyrical themes. The record serves as a profoundly energetic, brilliantly political, and flawlessly executed modern metal masterclass.
