Album Notes & Community Reviews
The legendary Boston post-punk outfit's third album since their unexpected 2002 reunion proves their dissonant, angular energy remains completely undiminished. The tracks are marked by relentless rhythmic drive, clattering guitar noise, and Bob Weston's subtle live tape manipulations. It demonstrates the veteran ensemble's enduring capability to outpace the aggressive intensity of bands half their age.
