Album Notes & Community Reviews

In their fourth album since their highly celebrated 2002 reunion, the Boston post-punk legends astonishingly refuse to mellow with age. The recording is incredibly abrasive and rhythmically complex, pushing their signature angular guitar noise and shouted, abstract lyricism to new levels of intensity. Utilizing unique tape-loop manipulation courtesy of Bob Weston, it remains a fiercely vital document from one of the American underground's most consistently brilliant acts.
