Formed by Billy Milano immediately following the dissolution of S.O.D., the band retained the same aggressively rapid thrash-punk hybrid that defined his previous work. 'U.S.A. for M.O.D.' relies heavily on politically incorrect, abrasive humor and right-wing satire executed with brute musical force. The record further entrenched the crossover sound within the East Coast extreme music underground while deliberately courting widespread controversy.
