Album Notes & Community Reviews
Model/Actriz's debut album 'Dogsbody' fuses the punishing, danceable rhythms of industrial rock and no-wave with the frequently manic and charismatic vocal performance of frontman Cole Haden. Co-produced by the band and Seth Manchester, the album's abrasive sonic textures create a tense and critically acclaimed counterpoint to its starkly poetic lyrics, which explore themes of queer identity, desire, and bodily suffering.
