Album Notes & Community Reviews
Teaming Cluster's Dieter Moebius with legendary studio engineer Conny Plank, 'Material' is a sparse, mechanically driven exploration of early synthesizer minimalism. The duo constructs hypnotic, heavily sequenced soundscapes that eschew conventional krautrock dynamics in favor of a cold, proto-techno aesthetic.
