Album Notes & Community Reviews

Inspired by Dante's 'Divine Comedy', 'Requiem for Hell' sees MONO reuniting with producer Steve Albini to create one of their most dynamically extreme albums. The record expertly balances moments of serene, orchestral beauty with passages of overwhelming noise and chaotic intensity. Its five sprawling tracks navigate themes of life, death, and spirituality with a cinematic grandeur that is both devastating and sublime.
