Album Notes & Community Reviews

Produced by Jack Douglas, this release finds Ronnie Montrose attempting to recalibrate his band's hard-driving sound after the departure of original vocalist Sammy Hagar. Accommodating shifting commercial tastes, the production tempers the raw, heavy metal assault of their earlier work with noticeable pop-rock sensibilities and polished vocal arrangements.
