Ripley Johnson and Sanae Yamada recorded their debut full-length largely in Berlin, drawing significant inspiration from the city's krautrock heritage. The album is built on incredibly tight, hypnotic repetition, layering fuzzed-out guitar leads over relentless, motorik drum machine rhythms.
