Album Notes & Community Reviews

Operating at the absolute threshold of auditory tolerance, 'Yamada Hanako 山田花子' is a catastrophic collision of blistering screamo and impenetrable harsh noise. The Tokyo-based act utilizes terrifying shrieks and unrelenting static to articulate themes of intense self-hatred and societal alienation. It stands as a singularly extreme and harrowing document of the Japanese underground noise-punk scene.
