Album Notes & Community Reviews

Released as the expansive first installment of his double-album masterpiece, Sumney lays the conceptual groundwork for his exploration of liminal spaces and complex identity. The project defies categorization, weaving together orchestral art-pop, cosmic neo-soul, and his breathtaking, highly malleable falsetto into an overwhelming sonic tapestry. It immediately established him as one of the most ambitious conceptual artists of his generation.
