Album Notes & Community Reviews

'Bump Ahead' attempts to capitalize on the massive commercial success of the hard rock supergroup's previous acoustic ballads while retaining their technically demanding musicianship. Paul Gilbert's lightning-fast guitar work and Billy Sheehan's acrobatic bass lines are woven into slick, arena-ready melodies.
