Album Notes & Community Reviews

Rejecting traditional punk instrumentation entirely, this Mississippi quartet utilizes distorted bass and aggressive synthesizer lines in place of guitars. The resulting sound is a highly infectious, heavily rhythmic brand of synth-punk topped with furious, rap-inflected vocal deliveries. It offers a distinctly modern, deeply cynical yet hopeful perspective on surviving the decay of the American empire.
